pptPlex is a new project from Microsoft Office Labs as a new method for slide prsentation with Power Point 2007. pptPlex uses Plex technology to give you the power to zoom in and out of slide sections and move directly between slides that are not sequential in your presentation. pptPlex is an Add-in that allow us to group our presentation slide in one Canvas.

To add presentation data from another microsoft office file, like Excel. If there’s changes in file, this feature automatically updates the content.
Unfortunately, pptPlex beta 3 can’t allow us to make an animation in our presentation. This will be considered in the next release.
Installation
1. Install pptPlex, this add-in only works in Office 2007
2. Install plugin SaveToPDfandXPS, if you haven’t install it.

Power Point 2007. Add-in ini memungkinkan kita untuk menyusun presentasi dalam satu kanvas
dan dikelompokkan. Selain itu, media kanvas tersebut berarti kita dapat mengeksplorasi
secara bebas slide yang ada, seperti Zoom-in, Zoom-out, digeser dan lain sebagainya.

Fitur ini berfungsi untuk menambahkan data presentasi dari file microsoft office lainnya.
Misal dari grafik excel. Jika terjadi perubahan pada data tersebut, Fitur ini akan otomatis
mengupdate tampilan pada presentasi kita.
Kekurangan dari pptPlex beta 3 ini hanyalah belum mengijinkan kita membuat animasi seperti
halnya presentasi biasa. Namun hal ini nantinya akan dikembangkan dalam rilis berikutnya.
Langkah instalasi
1. Instal pptPlex, add-in ini hanya dapat digunakan pada Office 2007

2. Instal plugin SaveToPDfandXPS, jika Anda belum menginstal plugin ini. Karena pptPlex
memerlukan untuk publish ke XPS terlebih dahulu. Plugin ini juga dapat digunakan untuk
eksport file ke dalam PDF.
